Embargo also specializes in martinis and has 20 to chose from on their drink menu including Oreo Cookie which includes Baileys, Vanilla Vodka, White & Dark Chocolate Godiva, with a splash of milk & Oreo Garnish plus the EMBARGOTINI Gin, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and a champagne float. They have a large selection of wines by the glass or bottle and beer.
They have Dancing Monday through Saturday nights from 10pm to 1am

Went with the girls last night, they had nice entertainment which is hard to find on a Thursday night in the winter. The extensive drink menu is amazing highly recommend a pecan martini….Yum. The food was excellent and the generous pieces of tuna could have been it’s own meal,(whatever the slaw was with the tuna was more than delicious) lamb lolly pops, brussel sprouts, scallops, cheese board all of it. The service and bartenders are wonderful! Do yourself a favor come once you’ll come back!!
Being my first time going to Embargo I was excited to see what all the hype was about. I was very quick to find out that all of it was true when I went this past friday night. The drinks were amazing and all of the bartenders were very friendly. I had such a good time I went back the next night with some friends for dinner and was very pleased with the food and how fast the service was. Bruno our waiter was very nice and friendly and really enhanced my experience.I highly recommend going to this restaurant and bar if you are in the area. Can’t wait to go back!
The food was amazing! I recommend the avocado slices with bacon and tomato. Tuna tartare was on point! The staff was very attentive as well as being knowledgeable and entertaining. Even though I was there on a busy karaoke night the bar staff had everything under control and I was never waiting for food or a drink. This is definitely my go to every time I’m in Hyannis.
