The Hanger B breakfast restaurant is located at local Chatham Airport in a small area with a balcony overlooking the landing strip. You can expect Small planes were coming and going as while you are eating as well as a sky driver or two. Kids will definitely enjoy this experience The word is getting on this great breakfast place and you can plan on waiting.
However don’t think that you will get typical airplane food here! The creative menu consists of egg and pancakes. Chef Brain Erksine formerly of the Chatham Bars inn makes everything fresh using local food! Some of the breakfast items include Red Flannel has which beets and sweet potato or maybe you are looking for a sweet treat lemon ricotta pancakes. Also grab a hot cup of “Hangar B Blend” coffee which is their signature blend of from the Art of Roasting in Chatham. They also have homemade granola, homemade baked good including potato donuts.
Hanger B is currently opened 7am to 2pm 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays
