Day 345 Onset Blues Music Festival 2014

The Onset Blues Music Festival will be held on Saturday August 2nd  One of the oldest blues festivals  for 22 years ,  they are lucky to host some of the most amazing bands in the blues world.Set in the victorian village of Onset, the concert overlooks one of the most picturesque harbors in New England.

Here is this years line up:

10:00 – 12:00 Lloyd Thayer (at the square)
12:15 – 1:30 Johnny Barnes & the Nightcrawlers
1:45 – 3:15 Fat City Band
3:30 – 5:00 Johnny Hoy & the Bluefish
5:15 – 6:45 Rosemary’s Baby Blues
7:00 – 8:30 Lil Ed & the Blues Imperials

The 2014 Onset Blues Festival is August 2, from noon to 9 p.m. (gates open at 11 a.m.)

The show is at Lillian Gregerman Bandshell, Prospect Park, 191 Onset Ave, Onset Village, Mass

No coolers or animals (except service animals) will be allowed through the gate.

Tickets purchased after July 27 will be available at Will Call at the front gate.

Price $20.00

Additional Information

The festival has seating for 300 as well as open seating on the lawn. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Seating is first come first served.
Food vendors and merchandise vendors will be located outside the performance area.
Attendees with wrist bands will be able to exit and re-enter the fenced performance area.
Handicapped area is available
Parking has changed in Onset this year. Many of the side streets are now resident only parking. Parking is available for a small fee on the pier and along Onset Ave (in the center). The Festival will have the Hines and Lopes Field parking lots open for $10/car. There is also free parking along Onset Ave beyond Hines and Lopes field
