CapeFlyer train July 4th holiday schedule 2013
The CapeFlyer train has proven to be the easiest, most efficient, least headache-filled way to get from the downtown Boston to Cape Cod this summer. Currently, the train schedule only operates on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but given that the 4th of July falls in the middle of the week , CapeFlyer made a schedule adjustment for beach-goers over the holiday weekend.
The CapeFlyer train will add extended hours on Wednesday, July 3rd and Thursday, July 4th. The July 3rd train will run on a Friday schedule, with trains leaving South Station as early as 5:12 p.m., arriving in Hyannis by 7:50 p.m. On July 4th, trains leave South Station at 8 a.m. and arrive in Hyannis at 10:18 a.m. On Friday, July 5th, the train will return to its regular weekend schedule.
Here is the schedule
A one-way ticket from Boston to Hyannis costs $20, while round trip is $35. Kids under 5 ride free!
