This former New Yorker has been around the pizza world for many decades, so I know what I’m talkin’ about. Locals told us about this place, and when we read the reviews about their singular fig, prosciutto and cartelized onion pizza, we figured we had to give it a try. OMG! If I lived within an hour of this place, it would be a regular haunt! We also got their “special” pizza and some sandwich wraps for other days during our visit. Their crusts are spectacular and the ingredients are heavenly. But the fig and prosciutto win the day. Run, don’t walk to experience this great place. Yes, it’s more expensive than the typical pizza, but you totally get what you pay for. The crust alone is worth the price – but they also have local and fresh ingredients. Perfecto!
best Neapolitan Pizza around! Great family restaurant for dine in and take out. Bring the kids – the staff will give them dough to play with as you wait for your food! Delicious salads, sandwiches, and wings as well, in generous portions. Spacious dining room, bar with beer and wine, and a warm & welcoming atmosphere. Check it out!!
Just ate at stone l’oven in Brewster. I’m not even sure where to begin but it was delicious. If you’re in the area you should really stop. It’s not the cheapest but it is worth every penny.
Outstanding! Ordered them well done and they came through. A small of Bacon Scallop and, large of Buffalo Chicken. The Bacon Scallop was insanely good with thin crust. Crispy bacon, plump scallops and red sauce combined so well. Scrumptious. Buffalo Chicken was a very good combination of legit blue cheese, Frank’s hot sauce, red onion and grilled chicken. Aided by our own hit of Sriracha.
Fantastic pizza! Crispy crust and NY style with thin crust. Had half eggplant, which was roasted, and half pepperoni. Great service and very nice decor. Will be back when down the Cape again.
Fond memories of Stone L’Oven’s fig & prosciutto pizza from summers past stuck with us throughout the long months of Covid, so when we returned to the Cape, we did one for takeout plus a Margherita pizza. The fig & prosciutto pie was just as beguiling and delicious as we remembered. They’ve got their takeout system refined to a clockwork science, and every spot in their parking lot was full. Given how well the pizzas travel, I don’t imagine we’ll be doing anything but takeout anytime soon (or ever), but it’s gratifying to know that they’re busy, inside and out. This is a Cape treasure we’d love to see survive for the long haul.
The fig and prosciutto pizza is an absolute must try!!! It is so amazing that I can’t order anything else, although I want to! My guess is everything else is just as delicious!
The pizza was delicious, it’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory in every bite! I split the pizza with my friend and also had the Greek Salad. The atmosphere, comfortable seating and food was like a massage for my tastebuds! Thank you.
We love the pizza here. It’s fabulous as take out and reheats later beautifully. It’s really fun to eat at the bar too. Delicious wine!
